While the booking process was easy, it was only after I'd completed the payment that I was notified that I'd receive my voucher within 72 hours. That would be ok except I was planning on picking up the car in 48 hours.
If that was displayed on the website prior to me paying then it wasn't obvious and I certainly not have gone ahead with the booking.
Furthermore, if I cancel I will have to contact the insurance company separately to get a refund for the additional insurance I took out.
There was a further message regarding availability - there may not even be a car available for me! Again that wasn't displayed until after payment had been taken from my card!!!
That is a very poor experience for me. I expect better and as a consequence I will not use this amateur "service" again.
