The only thing I was a little annoyed about was that after having made the booking and paid, the system then advised me that as I was living in Malaysia I was unable to benefit from insuring against the 'excess' in respect of accidents/theft etc...This is something I always do. I am a UK citizen traveling on a UK passport so don't really see what the fact that I happen to live in Kuala Lumpur has to do with my perceived risk profile for such cover? It would be good to have an explanation as next time it might be better for me to tell a 'white lie' about where I live!!!
