Booked a UK rental for collection on the day. However, when the request was finalised it said a voucher would be sent out within 72 hours. Rang eCarz, got straight through to a very helpful assistant who manually processed the care hire (he also explained why there's such a delay and advised what to do if trying to hire less than 48 hrs before needed). Excellent service! Good value, too!
