I was trying to book directly with Europcar at Newquay airport ,but was unable to get through on the phone ( tried twice and NO response )
Also on line found complex to try and decipher choices for the insurance and booking generally
Then saw the 121 site and found it far simpler, quicker and also no hidden extras
Pleased with booking
