Booking a rental car for a holiday was very easy and also worked out to be very cheap.
My only concern is that it gave you conflicting information regarding the number of doors on the car which you had booked. For instance, Rentalcars showed a picture of a Nissan Micra with 4 doors, but the description of the car stated 2 doors. This was particularly annoying as we require a small car with 4 doors and are now not at all sure which we have booked. However, I have submitted a query to you and look forward to receiving a response.
