The turnaround from when I placed the order to when it was shipped was really fast. Unfortunately, I received some of the boxes of tea that were just about to expire. The customer service was quick to assist but it was still a little disappointing since these were supposed to be gifts. I understand the lockdown didn't make things easy so all in all, it was a good experience. I appreciate they are offering this service despite the restrictions and the difficulties.
