“I had a really bad experience with receiving my order. I did not get any notification from the store that my order was delivered, not to mention it was delivered to some postal office and to my address. So I had to take a day off to go and collect the package. It was a mirror that the glasses I ordered came in one piece as the two boxes were literally smashed. I wanted to return them but the courier company wouldn’t allow me to take a picture of the boxes so I could claim a refund so I was forced to take them at my own risk and do as I please. I am am disappointed with the service and despite the glasses were whole, I don’t enjoy the purchase due to the awful experience with the shipping process. The Product quality is great though.”
