Ordered two items with 3-5 day delivery. After a week, I got an email to say only one left in Stock. I emailed to request a refund of the out of stock, which was very promptly dealt with but still had to wait another week for the other item to arrive. Very slow delivery.

I ordered 2 tshirts on 12 December 2023 Xl and L which were in stock, got email 2 weeks later saying Xl wasn,t in stock which left me searching elsewhere at very short notice for Xl somewhere else

Ordered the shortbread cookies but was disappointed with the amount of cookies. There was more tissue paper in the tin then cookies.

Great store with so much to choose from. I ordered multiple items to be delivered to US. Got one item only. Multiple follow up. Told multiple times that the rest of my order was on its way. Never provided a tracking number or anything else for the second shipment. Right now, I'm out around $110 usd.

I ordered 40 pairs of wool socks to make as gifts for my family and friends this Christmas. When I got my order, 3-4 pairs of the socks were not usable. Some were unravelling around the cuff already (even though they had never been worn) and one had a toe seam that was never completed or had already unravelled and there was a giant hole in the toe. I am currently using a needle to weave in the ends of the sock wool at the top of the cuff because it looks they the were just cut off the machine and in no way secured to make sure they don't unravels as soon as they are worn. Two pairs of the socks are also just wildly misshapen. I gave two instead of one because the shipping was very late and when I reached out customer service was very helpful.

Idea was to purchase this to wear for Scotland v Wales match, 11 February 2023. Unusually this was my wedding day so formalities were suspended! All countries of 6 Nations were represented at my wedding so this seemed very appropriate and diplomatic! Unfortunately, I had to live on my nerves and became increasingly frustrated as the delivery schedule was not met. The top actually arrived as I was leaving my car park to go to the wedding venue!

First time of ordering from Carrolls. It took 4 days for them to contact me to say 1 item was out of stock. Remaining items in the order had been shipped before I was contacted, meaning there was no option to cancel. The out of stock item was still available via the website at the time I was emailed. Things happen but this isn't really up with the times.

I placed an order CAR00541674 refers. I got a message from my brother in law in usa to Thank us for the gifts however the baileys cups and ornaments didn't make it in one piece. This is very disappointing.

Ordered 4 items as Christmas presents. Order goes through, money leaves my account. When parcel arrives it only contains 2 items and when I email to inquire I was told that the other items were out of stock and I would be refunded. Items being out of stock even though a website says it's available is fine, and happens from time to time. But surely that was noticed when packing the order and an email could have been sent with my money refunded. It should not be on the customer to chase these things down. Very disappointing experience and makes me unlikely to use your company again. The reason it's a 2 star review instead of a 1, is that the items that did arrive were of a good quality and the person who processed my refund after inquiring did so efficiently and was apologetic

The products are good quality but I am struggling with the customer service The first order, the item arrived in the wrong size. I still have not received a refund for it The second order I wasn't happy with the fit so I need to return it but noone is replying to me I now need two refunds and I don't know how to get them

I was excited to place an order for a birthday gift only to have it not arrive and for customer service to not respond (even with a claim that the ticket would be responded to in 24 hours). I even reached out to them via Instagram but again could see my messages were read but no reply. I messaged them first on Dec. 20th and got a reply on Dec 27th. Needless to say, I don't have a special gift to give to my friend and the replies that came after though courteous and apologetic, were little consolation.

Ordered a gift basket as a Christmas gift; it’s a good job we had it delivered to our own address and not that of the intended recipient as a number of items were missing. In fairness, customer service did issue a refund commensurate with the value of the missing goods, but I’ll also argue that was the bare minimum we were due under the circumstances, and we were still left to source alternative items on our own. We won’t be ordering again.
