Totally disappointed with order, chocolate balls were broken on arrival and no response to e mail sent reporting the damage

Bit dissapointed, very tiny tins of tes, look larger on the advert, all thought states small but these were mini tins

Bought a lovely bracelet on the site, but why did they parcel mail whey it could have posted it and Save every one the delivery charge

Unfortunately, I have been exceedingly disappointed with my purchase from Carrolls Gifts. I ordered a 2022 Calander and a child's T-shirt to send to my son & Grandson in Australia. When I opened the box the child's T-shirt appeared to have been just thrown into the box, was covered with the packaging chips and creased. Could not be given to anyone. I have not as yer returned the T-shirt but I will be looking for a refund on return of same.

Never got a purchase confirmation so I ordered again because it said i didn't purchase bowl and was still in my cart. So I was stuck buying 2 bowls and paying for separate shippings and they would not let me cancel an order. Never got shopping information either. So probably will not order from them again.

Die Lieferung erfolgte wie immer prompt und in bester Qualität. Leider hat sich ein grober Fehler bei der Deklaration der Waren ergeben: Ich habe 6 Büchsen des Tees bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Gross war dann der Schock, als ich 46 Fr. Zoll bei der Lieferung durch die Post zu bezahlen hatte. Grund: Anstelle der 6 Büchsen (42 Pfund) wurden 6 Pakete à 6 Büchsen (252 Pfund) deklariert. So hatte ich diese Nachzahlung zu leisten. Schade, da ich sonst mit Carlos Iris Gifts sehr zufrieden bin.

I got 3 shirts and 2 sweatshirts. They were all much smaller than indicated. All the sizes ran very small so nothing fit that I bought for the giftees. I was pretty embarrassed that the sizes weren’t correct and nothing fit. If you buy clothing…buy 2 or 3 Sizes up. This included kids and adults as I bought both. Won’t be doing that ever again.

My wool sweater was advertised as 'oatmeal' with the photo showing a solid cream color. However, the entire knitted piece had hundreds of flecks of bright ORANGE, BLUE and BLACK interwoven in the thread. Nothing would do but pick out these hideous specks with tweezers. I don't recommend this company.

The shipment of the order has gone very badly. I had to contact the company because my order did not arrive at my house and in the end it was late. I wanted it for gifts to my family and I couldn't do it. I'm very sad with the shipment. Instead, the order was fine and everything was correct.

Hi this is Ann Hill Darren’s mum ,I was disappointed in the delivery . It took about 8 days to deliver the parcel after i was told it was en route ,the crackers were broken and the cheese was in the box for 8 days before my son received it . I am sorry but I didn’t think it was good value for 50 euros

Although I love your store and have bought many many many things over the years the last two orders have both been missing numerous items and not being able to speak with somebody is awful as of right now I placed an order for $143 and have not received any of it although they keep sending me a tracking number telling me that they sent it when in fact the tracking number was for a totally different order
