“Our delivery was delayed and eventually returned to Carroll’s by Fed Ex. Carroll’s, though a little slow off the mark, reissued a new delivery at no extra cost. Overall good service.”

“The purchasing experience was positive. Carroll's was easy to order from and responded quickly when emailed about tracking. The glass I purchased was beautifully boxed, and the engraving was done perfectly, as promised. My only disappointment was the weight of the glass. It was much thinner than I anticipated. I was looking for a heavier Pint Glass. The one I purchased seems a bit too fragile.”

“While the quality and content of the gift was perfect, the address on the label left out the recipients surname, making the task of the post man almost impossible. It was a complete stroke of luck that the delivery person actually met the recipient who was out walking!”

“Some of my gifts arrived very quickly as promised; but my order was shipped in 3 different boxes; with the last one not arriving until after I’d already left for the Christmas holiday, so I didn’t get a couple items in time. Overall the quality is very good.”

“Ordered Butler’s chocolates from Carrolls. The chocolate is delicious and my hausband’s favorite! Item was shipped immediately. Had a few problems with delivery, but was in constant contact with Carrolls who kept on top of the situation. Chocolate arrived in perfect condition. My only issue was that I paid extra for expedited delivery and not sure my delivery was in that time frame.”
