“I found that the XL top I purchased is actually a L. It's extremely tight fitting and I'm not very big. I order XL just because I like lose clothes on me.”

“Purchase Donegal oatmeal cardigan medium Beautiful artisan cardigan. Really comfy and warm. My only issue is that it comes up very big. So a medium more like a large. I’m a 10/12 uk size and this was more 14 or bigger. No option to exchange the small size as no free returns service from uk Lovely cardigan though and I just wear it as a baggy top layer”

“I would have given 5 stars if the box of chocolates weren’t so close to their expiration date. I received my order in July, chocolates expire in August. They were made in August 2023… so I got an old batch. These chocolates were supposed to be a gift for someone who would receive them in September. However, I will not be giving them expired chocolate.”

“Our delivery was delayed and eventually returned to Carroll’s by Fed Ex. Carroll’s, though a little slow off the mark, reissued a new delivery at no extra cost. Overall good service.”

“The purchasing experience was positive. Carroll's was easy to order from and responded quickly when emailed about tracking. The glass I purchased was beautifully boxed, and the engraving was done perfectly, as promised. My only disappointment was the weight of the glass. It was much thinner than I anticipated. I was looking for a heavier Pint Glass. The one I purchased seems a bit too fragile.”
