“I had a very good experience purchasing on your site. The items are all nice, and the shipping to France was ok. I had only one disappointment with a scarf described as made of wool but was actually made of cotton.”

“The whole experience was very good. However my brother received his gift without the gift card I had ordered and paid for. He had to phone all our siblings to find out who had sent it. I did try to contact Carrolls but they never got back to me.”

“hamper good quality for delivery to Holland. Very poor non delivery by DPD there - my son was told when it would be delivered and my son was in the building all the time plus the delivery company had his mobile. However they couldnt be bothered and sent him an email to say that they had missed him and he had to pick up the hamper from their main depot”

“Sweater itself was great. Shipping was more expensive and took much longer than anything else I ordered over the holiday season so that part was a disappointment.”

“The hamper itself was great and arrived in Australia so quickly, only took 2 weeks maximum and in December as well! The only issue I have is that I paid for the gift card and the message and all that was in the box was a “Merry Christmas” card that had the message written out on it like it was an invoice order sheet, price and style of card written on the card with the personalised message, that part was a bit of a let down to be honest.”

“The product looked bigger on the photo but arrived small. The teabags wasn't packed correctly in the three small tins. Looks like they been shoved in and doesn't look like no care was taken in the product. To add on to the teabags the flavour not strong I wasn't expecting a after taste. Delivery took over two weeks but this was down to postal strike but that didn't bother me.”
