“I live in Austria and I was very impressed how fast and simple it was to order something. The delivery was on time. The packing was damaged a little bit but the item wasn't.”

“Ordered Butler’s chocolates from Carrolls. The chocolate is delicious and my hausband’s favorite! Item was shipped immediately. Had a few problems with delivery, but was in constant contact with Carrolls who kept on top of the situation. Chocolate arrived in perfect condition. My only issue was that I paid extra for expedited delivery and not sure my delivery was in that time frame.”

“I give it 4 stars because the handmade wooden harp tree decorations aren’t finished as well as I would like. I ordered 2 because 1 was a gift. Because of the way it looks I don’t think I’ll gift it.”

“I have enjoyed the gifts that I have ordered, but disappoint that the website doesn't carry items that are in the stores. I was just in Scotland and Ireland, visited the stores for the first time and wanted to order some more things but two or three items were not available on the website.”

“Although the actual contents of the hamper were beautiful, as always, I was extremely disappointed as the Guinness box (as well as outer packaging) was severely damaged. I know this is a courier issue as I truly believe it wouldn't have been sent like this.”

“The Guinness glad was delivered promptly and very well packaged. It looked lovely in the gift box, however I was a little disappointed with the engraving. When the glass had guinness in it you couldn't see the number 5 and it looked like my dad was celebrating his 9th birthday rather than 95th..”

“Gifts themselves were good but it would be a good idea to have a click n collect option outside the city centre, maybe a desk at your warehouse to help people avoid traffic and parking.”

“Absolutely Loved the Irish passport!!! Great fun, excellent quality, reasonable price (for the passport itself) and fast shipping. The only caveat was that it cost almost 1 1/2 TIMES AS MUCH AS THE ITEM ITSELF to ship!?!? UGH!!!”
