The purchasing experience was positive. Carroll's was easy to order from and responded quickly when emailed about tracking. The glass I purchased was beautifully boxed, and the engraving was done perfectly, as promised. My only disappointment was the weight of the glass. It was much thinner than I anticipated. I was looking for a heavier Pint Glass. The one I purchased seems a bit too fragile.
