“I'm pleased to have, finally got the 2 scarves that I ordered. The initial delivery had one that I ordered and the other in a different colour to the one that was ordered. After much tooing and frying it has been sorted. Thank you.”

“The whole experience was very good. However my brother received his gift without the gift card I had ordered and paid for. He had to phone all our siblings to find out who had sent it. I did try to contact Carrolls but they never got back to me.”

“hamper good quality for delivery to Holland. Very poor non delivery by DPD there - my son was told when it would be delivered and my son was in the building all the time plus the delivery company had his mobile. However they couldnt be bothered and sent him an email to say that they had missed him and he had to pick up the hamper from their main depot”
