“I have always been pleased with my purchases from Carrolls - lovely quality and a wonderful range of goods. However, all be it my own fault, do check the sizes of the gonks when ordering. I saw this picture of this beautiful little fat Christmas gonk complete with holly in his hat and ordered 4 - I was so shocked when they came because although still lovely, they were so tiny and quite slim in shape. My fault for not checking the height, photos can be very misleading. On the whole though always pleased with the Carrolls range.”

“I received several items. I loved the coffee cups and key chains. I was a little disappointed with the 3 pack of shot glasses. I thought they would have had different pictures on each glass. Sadly they are all the same picture.”

“Lovely items, superb packaging. Bought for a present and very happy with purchase. Only let down was the delivery, quite expensive and a long wait for items, only arrived day before I needed it despite paying for express delivery. That said the items are lovely and it did arrive so all ok in the end”

“I ordered Guinness Mugs and was very happy with the quality of the product. But tracking the shipment was a problem. When I tried to find out where my shipment was, I went online and tried to track shipping, but was confused by the different "choices" for shipping......including, apparently, some "in-Europe" shipping methods. After leaving a message for Customer Service, I finally found out that they had been sent via U.S. Postal Service. Recommend Carrolls review their "shipment tracking" procedures on their website.”

“I’ve bought some presents for my mom and my boyfriend and for me a ring. The ring came out of the box (70€) the bracelet with no case (45€) or something… just lying in the case. The candles and the bowl I’m sure my mom’s gonna love them. Love everything I’ve bought, but it should be better packed. I was in Dublin in 2014 and I’ve bought a Lot of things in Carrolls”

“The 2 necklaces I ordered online are so tiny that it looks like something an elementary student would wear. I have not given them to the two adult women I ordered them for because it looks like I am cheap and the necklaces were not inexpensive. They are still sitting on my side table….not sure what to do. We bought a shamrock necklace at Carroll’s while in Ireland in September but couldn’t find it online to get two more so ordered another style and they turned out a microsize. Pretty but really tiny.”

“Carroll’s customer service is awesome. I emailed with a follow up to an order and got a prompt response with a resolve to my ordering error and received the proper items. The reason this review is 4 stars jrather than 5 is due to quality control of products delivered. The shirt I purchased was not sewn properly leaving a rather large gap in the seam work on one side. Carrolls has no control over the quality of what is sent to them, but a double check of products or a request for merchandise quality checks pre-distribution from suppliers could help.”

“I couldn't get my size in Dublin in the aqua hoodie, even tried several stores!, no size large. Unfortunately, I ordered an XL instead of a large☹️ it's too big, I'm hoping it will shrink a little in the dryer after washing.”

“An interesting site with novel Irish gifts available, I have used this site for years. Shipment is akways quick, responses to queries are always prompt and polite. My only quibble is that many items available in their stores are not available online.”

“Pleased I could find what I was looking for, birthday present for someone special. Delivery was quicker than expected. Only downside was it was a lot smaller than I thought - was bought to put in a garden but is very small.”
