“Gift was very good as expected, but for one package I waited over a week for delivery. Because the website says delivery time takes 3-4 days and I had already received a different package from them within this time period, I phoned up to enquire, left all my details but didn’t hear anything back from Carroll’s. The package was to be delivered by courier but I was unable to track my delivery, instead it was delivered late by post.”

“There are a few gems and lovely creations available, worthy of picking, however, the range of products is a bit narrow and a few clichés dominate the majority of the selection: A bit less promotion of Dublin and more of other areas would be a nice improvement.”

“The hair accessories are great. The sweatshirts are lovely and great value. However, just like last years tee shirts, they are quite small. The size 5/6 year old is very short on two skinny little 4.5 year old girls.”

“Nice gift shop and carries a good range of Irish rugby attire for babies/small kids. It it, however, difficult to order a gift with them online as they do not allow for gift receipts or the ability to put a note on the package, so the recipient knows who it is from. If they rectify that then the service will be great.”
