“I was very pleased with the items I ordered and the quick delivery time. I ordered two notebooks however and would have liked to see dimensions listed in the description. One was about pocket size and the other was much larger. I would have opted for a second larger size to make it easier for the grandkids to write and draw in.”

“No better homegrown nxt door shop to have than Carrolls I've worked in Carrolls yrs ago great staff ...Great company but.. . The item I purchased however arrived small 😑😐🤔 For the price I paid I expected a standard size ashtray!! Thanks guys much appreciated 🙏🏼 💚 😊”

“I ordered The Hot Drinks Connoisseur Gift Basket for my mother's birthday here in the states. Easy as could be to order. I rated Carrolls a 4 only because the tracking information given at the time of shipment was only for the Irish side. Once it reached the states the only information it gave was that the package had been handed off to an American shipping partner. The package did arrive rather quickly (faster than the estimated time) once it entered the states and my mother loved everything. Without hesitation, I will order from them again in the future.”

“I was very pleased to received the gift which we found to be exactly as requested . Whilst overall I was pleased with the quality of Finnegan I would mention that some of the stitching around the face was in my opinion rather haphazard and could have been improved . The tune When Irish eyes are smiling was quite clear but would have preferred the volume to be slightly louder. Perhaps you could advise if you have other Irish souvenirs similar to Finnegan but perhaps playing hand drums.”

“Gift was very good as expected, but for one package I waited over a week for delivery. Because the website says delivery time takes 3-4 days and I had already received a different package from them within this time period, I phoned up to enquire, left all my details but didn’t hear anything back from Carroll’s. The package was to be delivered by courier but I was unable to track my delivery, instead it was delivered late by post.”
