“The hair accessories are great. The sweatshirts are lovely and great value. However, just like last years tee shirts, they are quite small. The size 5/6 year old is very short on two skinny little 4.5 year old girls.”

“Nice gift shop and carries a good range of Irish rugby attire for babies/small kids. It it, however, difficult to order a gift with them online as they do not allow for gift receipts or the ability to put a note on the package, so the recipient knows who it is from. If they rectify that then the service will be great.”

“I ordered a few items in mid January to be delivered to Canada. I have not received the ordered items as yet. The only information my tracking number tells me is that the items left to post office on January 18, 2022.”

“The glass finally arrived after 21 days and it's beautiful. The problem? After the parcel left Ireland there was no tracking. This was a gift so tracking would have been a real bonus. Receiving return emails from customer service took days and when they came, there was no helpful information. Lots of wasted time trying to find out when this gift might arrive. Late of course which is to be expected on a parcel from Ireland but the lack of customer service was huge.”

“This was a gift for my aunt in Ireland. Placed the order in Canada. My aunt was thrilled with it. The only issue I had was that the basket was left at her door and she only saw it by chance. I would probably order again with specific instructions to call the recipient upon delivery.”

“I was disappointed in the green t-shirt that I ordered. It shows it as a v-neck but it arrived and was a round nect. I'm not going to spend the money to send it back, but it would be nice if the item received was the same as the item pictured.”
