The glass finally arrived after 21 days and it's beautiful. The problem? After the parcel left Ireland there was no tracking. This was a gift so tracking would have been a real bonus. Receiving return emails from customer service took days and when they came, there was no helpful information. Lots of wasted time trying to find out when this gift might arrive. Late of course which is to be expected on a parcel from Ireland but the lack of customer service was huge.
