“The items arrived in good time for Christmas. The only small issue is how much the delivery fee was! I have ordered a book from Ireland and the postage didn't cost that much compared to Carrolls”

“All products were lovely appart from one. Got completely different kids slippers from what I ordered. You must have been out of stock and send me what you had. Couldn't send it back as it was to close to Xmas.”

“I was trying to find a gift box with more Taytos..... My kids ( who are now adults)....still love Taytos. Otherwise the gift was lovely. A little disappointed with the family history spiel. A lot of the information for the O’Connor And Fitzpatrick banes was the same. That was not great value for the price”

“At the end of November, I ordered four tea sets as Christmas gifts for my mother and my three aunts. Unfortunately, I received only one tea set as there was an unfortunate mixup with the shipping. I contacted customer service and they were very nice and refunded my credit card right away. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a discount coupon or some other offer to come back and order again. These were gifts that I expected to give for Christmas and while I completely understand that mistakes happen, I feel that I should have been offered something for the inconvenience of my items not arriving.”
