“Hello , I placed two separate orders during your Black Friday sale . First order arrived in a timely fashion . I am still waiting on the second order . It arrived at An Post depot on Dec. 2nd and nothing since . I have emailed An Post but no word yet. Perhaps you could look into it for me , it would be appreciated. So the items shown below have yet to arrive here in Canada. IPlease get back to me when you can . The only reason , I gave a low rating is due to not having received my items yet. Thankyou.”

“The products and the packiging was great. Delivery was on point, however my order was missing an item, and i also had to contact customer support after my order was late (it said it would be dispatched in 1-2 days but that wasnt the case). Customer support was great and helpful.”

“I asked for engraving on the jewellery boxes but they came without it . I ordered a child’s ring and it came in a little bag not a box It’s small things but they way the public view situations it’s best to maybe put the ring in a box I”

“Everyone was very pleased with the gifts that we selected. Unfortunately, one glass arrived as broken. The trip over the pond was wee bit rough. But the quality of the other gifts made up for the loss.”

“I cannot provide a review as this was a present, but the gift was very well received. My one gripe is that there wasn't away for me to send a message with the gift. If there was a way to do this, it wasn't obvious.”

“having bought 2 different gift boxes after a previous order we were disappointed with the packets of sweets in the sweet order. The chews were all sticky and that transferred to the wrappers of the swizzles type sweets within the bags. The Butlers chocolate boxes were of the quality associated with the name”
