At the end of November, I ordered four tea sets as Christmas gifts for my mother and my three aunts. Unfortunately, I received only one tea set as there was an unfortunate mixup with the shipping. I contacted customer service and they were very nice and refunded my credit card right away. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a discount coupon or some other offer to come back and order again. These were gifts that I expected to give for Christmas and while I completely understand that mistakes happen, I feel that I should have been offered something for the inconvenience of my items not arriving.
