“Was pleased with pretty China mugs”

“I bought a small piece which I wear, the only thing that I didn't see myself was that it came with a ladies chain which obviously didn't fit but the piece (a triskele in rose gold and silver) itself is really nice and I wear it on a black necklace instead. The delivery was within three days. So al in all, I'm happy with it. Cheers.”

“Hi. I think the service was good and it arrived in the expected time. I do like to go to the shop but, at one time, they told me I couldn't use my Mastercard giftcard, that's why I had to order online.”

“Let me start by saying that I do not like giving bad reviews... however since this seems to be the only point of communication since I received my package here goes. Everything porous smelled like mildew!!! When I opened the box my Granddaughter said is that what Ireland smells like? Heartbreaking!!! This being an international order would be too much of a hassle to return so I sucked it up along with the astronomical amount that I paid in taxes!!!! On the other hand the package came in a timely fashion and everything nonporous are of good quality and will make great gifts and such.”

“Good morning. The shirt is great quality and it arrived early. My mistake but when I googled Irish Olympic team shirt this shirt came up and I ordered it. Until after I received it did I learn it isn’t the Olympic team shirt.”

“Tout est parfait chez Carrols Irish Gifts. Le seul petit problème est le délai de transport vers la France et aussi de ne pas pouvoir suivre le colis lorsqu’il a quitté l’Irlande. Un choix plus important de mode de transport serai un plus”

“Nice products, but some chocolates arrived melted and the tin of chocolate shamrocks was dented in two places. One chocolate bar seemed to have been opened at one end, then roughly closed up again. I was unable to use these items in charity gift baskets for fundraisers. The packaging of one of the three boxes shipped to me was not well done at all. I wrote to the company and received an apology, but no offer to replace/refund any portion of my purchases.”

“I would have given an overall 5 star for my purchase. However, I paid extra to get a quicker delivery and instead the delivery service used by Carrolls Irish Gifts did not deliver my item on time and was 2 days late.”

“I love my orders arriving from Carrolls. Can be a little pricey on somethings but generally, pretty good value. American website comes up sometimes instead of the Irish website.”
