“I purchased these earrings as a 40th birthday gift. They arrived in a timely fashion , well packaged and presented. Very much as described and pictured. Just a tad smaller than I expected but still very pretty. Recipient is delighted, emerald is her birth stone and suits her fair colouring .”

“The service was very good. However, I was disappointed to see that not all my order had been in stock (presumably). There was no delivery note - nothing to say what I had ordered and what I had received. A bit lacking in customer care, in that regard. Otherwise good experience.”

“My order was to replace a mug, bought on holiday a few years back, which we had broken. I was really pleased to find the mugs on your website but when the replacements ordered from you arrived they had been broken ln transit. As soon as I mailed you a photo of the broken items, you immediately re- sent the order which happily arrived safely. You were quick and efficient and gave us excellent service. Thank you.”

“No qualms with product or customer service. However, I paid over £16 for 2-3day delivery and the product arrived over a week late. I essentially paid for speedy delivery for nothing. Customer service resolved this with a partial refund and I was very happy with the service and help provided.”

“Excellent service. Can I suggest though that when purchasing a gift there should be, when inputting the recipient address etc., a place to write a note to the recipient. I had to email separately to add a msg, otherwise how will the recipient know who the gift is from Thanks”
