“Their website has many Irish items at great prices. Ordering is easy and the only complaint I have is with the tracking of packages...very difficult and impossible but customer service is wonderful.”

“Good range of items on website. Rather slow dispatch but ordered goods did arrive on time for St Patrick's Day. Response by customer service was good when I raised concerns about timely delivery. Goods when arrived were as described.”

“Very good in every way ( product and delivery). But this product delivery takes exceptionally long time. I ordered 5.3. and i haven't received it. Normally it takes about ten days to Finland. I have ordered more than ten items before.”

“The Baby clothes were lovely and seemed to be good quality. They were delivered relatively quickly. I was concerned the 6-12 month size seemed a little on the small side as the baby was a big baby and the 6-12 months clothes ordered looked more like 6 month old clothes. Would order from Carroll’s again.”

“I love your products and I'm missing the visits to your stores. Your website is nice and easy to use. I would suggest to be more precise on delivery promise because you talk about 10 days for standard delivery in EU, but it takes much longer. It took more than 20 days from order to delivery date (I live in Italy). Also, as in my last order one of the products was out of stock, I would have appreciated to know it before it was shipped to have the possibility to replace it.”

“The item itself was perfect and delivery was very fast. Only downside is, when purchasing online I wasn't given the option of including a gift receipt or standard delivery that didn't require a signiature (ordered via android phone).”

“For some reason, the size “Large” fits like any large size would fit; however the sleeves are a bit short even if the seems are a few inches lower than the shoulder.”

“I was delighted to find lots of goodies to send my Irish friends abroad who haven't been able to get home with restrictions. The goodie boxed brought a big smile to their face for St Patricks day and I was able to track delivery which is always a reassurance”
