“I have ordered few times and I think its good but it could be great. Every clothing pieces ordered are sent uncovered inside the expedition box. I would recommend to protect inside a plastic bag. My last order arrived with the box wet and the t-shirt and jumper inside were simply like thrown into the carton box. I am you sure this can be improved. I have nothing really to complain just this part.”

“Lovely gifts on offer, unfortunately for me though, quite a few were out of stock...I was trying to get some things to my grandchildren in Australia...for st. Patrick’s day..I really love browsing through things in the shop, can’t wait till it’s open again.”

“Your service of The beautiful package and smooth delivery are wonderful. Of course we liked mug cups we ordered very much. But you sent the wrong items from I ordered. I ordered Honeysuckle Lotion and wash but Honeysuckle scent and spray were delivered. But we decided to keep ones delivered.”

There was just one occasion when there was a slight problem with one item (purchased in person). It was handled in the most customer-friendly fashion.”

“I ordered a cardigan and was then told that you didn't have it in stock. I picked a second choice, still no luck. After a third choice I was informed that you were sending me a sweater. What showed up was none of the three, not even a cardigan. BUT I loved the sweater and decided that I definitely wanted to keep it. SO, my advice is to be more careful with your listings and with what gets sent, along with my praise for your excellent sweater. Best, Eric”
