I have ordered few times and I think its good but it could be great.
Every clothing pieces ordered are sent uncovered inside the expedition box. I would recommend to protect inside a plastic bag. My last order arrived with the box wet and the t-shirt and jumper inside were simply like thrown into the carton box. I am you sure this can be improved. I have nothing really to complain just this part.
