“Excellent service. Can I suggest though that when purchasing a gift there should be, when inputting the recipient address etc., a place to write a note to the recipient. I had to email separately to add a msg, otherwise how will the recipient know who the gift is from Thanks”

“I had been a little annoyed initially, as Carrolls had got my delivery details wrong. The first Carrolls agent I contacted on line to correct this was not very helpful. A day or two later I tried again. This time I was attended by an agent named SAKSHI. I am happy to say I received wonderful service from this lady (I assume she is lady, not gent). She handled all the slightly complicated matters of redoing the order in a most efficient and courteous way. I even made an error on my part, but she dealt with it graciously. Before dealing with SAKSHI I would have said that I will never order on line from Carrolls again, but now I am happy to say you will get further orders from me. I just want SAKSHI to be on hand if there are any complications! David Barnwell”

“While in Dublin, we were able to find many great souvenirs to bring back to the States. When one of the items I purchased for myself needed replacing (not originally purchased from them) I was able to buy it from Carroll's and have it shipped. It arrived very safely packaged.”
