I had been a little annoyed initially, as Carrolls had got my delivery details wrong. The first Carrolls agent I contacted on line to correct this was not very helpful. A day or two later I tried again. This time I was attended by an agent named SAKSHI. I am happy to say I received wonderful service from this lady (I assume she is lady, not gent). She handled all the slightly complicated matters of redoing the order in a most efficient and courteous way. I even made an error on my part, but she dealt with it graciously. Before dealing with SAKSHI I would have said that I will never order on line from Carrolls again, but now I am happy to say you will get further orders from me. I just want SAKSHI to be on hand if there are any complications! David Barnwell
