I ordered The Hot Drinks Connoisseur Gift Basket for my mother's birthday here in the states. Easy as could be to order. I rated Carrolls a 4 only because the tracking information given at the time of shipment was only for the Irish side. Once it reached the states the only information it gave was that the package had been handed off to an American shipping partner. The package did arrive rather quickly (faster than the estimated time) once it entered the states and my mother loved everything. Without hesitation, I will order from them again in the future.
