I was disappointed the order I placed took so long in coming.While I appreciate that this was due to the effects of Covid and staffing issues, but why was I not informed earlier that the was the case. I waited 3 weeks before I got in touch with you about the long delay! I think an email explaining the situation would have been more acceptable. I was then told that my ordered item was not available!! This was a special present that I'd ordered to be forwarded on to India and the time delay was not appreciated especially as I had to chase the order up myself. I think an email to explain the delay would have been more acceptable

Unfortunately you didn’t have the item I wanted and the other sizing provided couldn’t be more wrong. Outfit for 6month baby came in a size of a month old baby, very confusing even though I like the product. I highly recommend to specify sizing to have more success at least in baby section!

Rated low bcs I have not yet received my order #USA00340082 dated 3/19/21! It is now April 11 & still no information with DHS or other carrier. Pls find out what happened to my order asap

Order to Sweden, half of the items were missing when I got my package. Quick reply by the service & refund. Nice and quality souvenirs otherwise.

I received an incomplete order. I contacted customer care and they said they'd give a refund as the 6 items missing were out of stock, but the refund was only 5,40€ instead of 6€. Really, it's not the money, it's the lack of care in all the process, first the incomplete order and then the wrong refund

Hello, the lock is on the wallet. I can’t use it and I ask a shop nearby but they don’t have the same Systeme to unlock it.

I ordered two tops for my kids for st. Patrick's (sizes 1-2 and 3-4). Unfortunately both tops that were delivered were size 1-2 and it was too close to the day to send them back. So that was disappointing service although the tops themselves seemed to be decent quality. One of the hairbands broker within minutes.

I ordered a pint glass in a gift box to give as a gift. The pint glass arrived but with no box, i contacted them and they said they would send the gift box and that there had been a mix up. The gift box arrived however it was for a smaller glass so i contacted them again and just organised a refund as they were now out of stock of the gift box i required and i had given the gift by the. Still awaiting refund but im sure it'll be with me soon. The glass is perfect and a much loved gift.

Although the product was great and only cost €7 it cost €7.99 delivery charge as it was first time ordering I was very disappointed that I had not ticked the charge box for delivery. I could not get in contact with anyone by phone or by email. Very disapointed

I have not received the items that were ordered 22days ago .the tracking has stopped on line .have phoned Carroll many time no answer .I put in a request .was told they could not find my items on line .ask to wait another 14days from last on line tracking.my item are all for at Patrick's Day on wednesday . hopefully they may still arrive .if not they are of not much use after that .I hope this matter can be resolved.

No gift note options, childrens "one size fits all" mittens came as 3-6 years so definitely not one size, could have said that on the description. Limited options online, unimpressed altogether.

Part of my order was missing. Part of my order was broken. I reached out with photos was told the missing and broken order was on the way. Never received. Reached back out and was told missing item was on back order and broken item was waiting for missing item to come in but no communication. Broken item could have been shipped while back order item could have been refunded. Communication needs a lot of work.

Very good value. But spoiled completely by the actions of the courier. Texted three days in a row to say it would be delivered on that day. Finally a neighbour found it in his garden it was thrown over his gate. Luckily nothing was broken. A sad service from a brilliant supplier.
