As much as my purchase arrived quickly and it was well wrapped the image of the item didn't meet my expectations..I was expecting 6 metal poles as seen on the image although only 4 were on the actual item. Fairly disappointed as I cannot use it.

I will personally not buy anything as a gift for somebody else - there is no notice that something is not in stock and you will end up receiving only part of your order. I never, ever had such problems with Next, H&M, GiftsDirect - and I am not advertising any of these companies. It is a pity because I always liked your shop.

I received the wrong candle. A lavender one arrived and I had ordered Wild Atlantic Way. It was a birthday gift so I didn't have time to change it. Not very happy :(

Delivery wasn't sent until after the expected delivery date and only when I contacted them to find out where it was. Jumper is okay, but cut was quite different to the images shown.

Writing on the glasses is very small and hard to see. The post on instagram shows a much larger font.would not reccomend

Generally have received very good product and service - have ordered many, many times. I bought many items in this order that were fine but I ordered some chocolate on clearance and the expiry date was 5 days after I received it - I opened the two boxes right away as I couldn't give them as gifts for Christmas and the chocolate was inedible - white blotches on it and no filling. Just a waste of money - don't sell product like this it dilutes your quality products. Shipping it all the way to Canada and now it's in the trash. Pretty disappointing.

Shipment arrived in good condition. I understand the delay. Did not realize the pint glasses I ordered are not a pint, what’s up with that? There was nothing in the description to indicate this. Will have to go back to your website and see if you have proper pint sized Guinness glasses. It’s December 3, and with COVID-19 slowing down shipping, I doubt they make it to Canada for Christmas. Also, PayPal option doesn’t work.

Took almost a month. Items in the parcel were smashed to pieces and others were dented and damaged. Waiting on customer service to get back to me. Sadly these were all Christmas gifts that I doubt can arrive in time now even if Carroll’s did replace them. Have ordered before with no issues.

I ordered my gift on Nov 4, and I am still waiting for the delivery. More than 3 weeks. Even due to Covid19 the delivery time that the eshop indicates beeing up to 9 working days it is too much.

Quality of t-shirts is a bit poor. I would not rebuy it. I would rather pay €30 for an Irish T-shirt then €20 for poor quality. Improve the quality of the T-Shirts would be key.

It is with some disappointment that I opened my order of 6 mugs from your company. Three of the six mugs were severely broken. We loved the initial service and the products provided but the packing was not sufficient to prevent the mugs from destruction. We loved Ireland and purchased 2 mugs while there, the additional mugs were to form a set. I hope this unfortunate situation can rectified promptly . Kind regards Steve Punch

This time your service was terrible. One product was missing (sheep's pillow) and the slipper was different from the one chosen.
