Love Carroll's Irish Gifts great prices and beautiful items thank you. However this time I was very disappointed as the parcel was missing items and ; First off; Pot rests weren't received, Two; the Celtic plate was broken in half with a big chip on the edge. If that wasn't enough I had to pay $80.00 to get the parcel which I have never had to do before WHY??? I don't know what has changed with orders but I will say I want the Ceramic Pot Stands (never received), replaced along with the Ceramic Celtic Cross Display Plate that was broken also replaced plus $80.00 dollars that I had to pay to get the parcel. Normally I would give you 5 stars but this was so upsetting missing and broken items so disappointing, hopefully you will resolve this asap.

I was disappointed because of the date of the delivery. Because I paid more in order to have the gift before the Christmass of my friend but the delivery was arrived after like if I paid less.

Leather belt took quite a long time to arrive and I've now found that the design seems to have been sprayed onto the leather and has already started deteriorating at the buckle. Very disappointing

I've ordered 2 hoodies and 2 t-shirt but in thé package I've reveived only the 2 t-shirts. I really don't understand how they could miss 2 hoodies on an order of 4 items, and that the more expensive are missing is pretty strange. I've chatted and a nice person helped me. So it took 15 days To receive the package. It's à long time and I don't understand they don't make a commercial offer To compensate. Deceived by my first contact.

paid for express delivery but it took a week to get my order. ordered for fathers day and was late. didn't have what I ordered but did substitute.

Was a bit disappointed 😞as we did not get the gift till Sunday evening late on fathers day so we rushed out to the shops to get something else

Arrived fast, but products were melted. Wish there was something to keep the candy from melting; $50 is a lot to spend for candy that is melted.

Found website and ordering cumbersome, the delivery address was listed as my home address, meaning my friend would have seen the billing. The order did not ship until two-three weeks after I placed it and only because I rang. Also not advised of local taxes so that went to my friends mobile instead of mine so she paid local tax taking away the good of a gift. Local taxes should be included in the cost

The items I ordered were declared out of stock so I was asked to choose other items of a similar, but lesser value, felt like I was paying more for less. I don't think I'd order again from Carrolls.

The order came in a very large box full of paper. I thought it would come in a box that could be decorated to give as a gift box. I ordered an apron which I still haven't received even though I got on to your offices and the girl said she would send it out. You offered me 15% discount and the apron for free. As I said to the girl all businesses are struggling so leave it at 10% discount and don't refund the apron. I still haven't received it. Won't be ordering again

I have ordered 2 key rings as a gift for someone. one for her and another for him. I have paid for the delivery €16. One of them looks exactly as on the picture, second one came completely scratched. First I have asked if they could send the new one to me but they couldn't guarantee that it will arrive on time. Got the refund for the scratched key ring but delivery wasn't covered at all. Couldn't give the gift on the end as I had only one... Get very disappointed. Communication via email went very quick. That the only thing on plus.

I was disappointed the order I placed took so long in coming.While I appreciate that this was due to the effects of Covid and staffing issues, but why was I not informed earlier that the was the case. I waited 3 weeks before I got in touch with you about the long delay! I think an email explaining the situation would have been more acceptable. I was then told that my ordered item was not available!! This was a special present that I'd ordered to be forwarded on to India and the time delay was not appreciated especially as I had to chase the order up myself. I think an email to explain the delay would have been more acceptable

Unfortunately you didn’t have the item I wanted and the other sizing provided couldn’t be more wrong. Outfit for 6month baby came in a size of a month old baby, very confusing even though I like the product. I highly recommend to specify sizing to have more success at least in baby section!

Rated low bcs I have not yet received my order #USA00340082 dated 3/19/21! It is now April 11 & still no information with DHS or other carrier. Pls find out what happened to my order asap
