Jumper I ordered went from €79 to €85 in a week,plus dpd lost the order and I had to ask Carroll’s to get another one,which they did,a week later but it was too late for the christening I was going to,so very disappointed and will not be buying again

I was very disappointed. The bath bombs that I ordered were crushed, the sheep ornament was damaged, the lip balm was missing completely from the order, in the slippers I am a true size 6.5 US and I couldn’t even get my feet into them. I was credited. I felt that order was put together poorly nothing was wrapped it was just thrown in the box no bubble wrap.

While the basket itself is nice, I had so many issues with Carrolls not filling out necessary import forms, messing up the address, slow customer service response, etc, that I would not purchase.

The gifts I purchased for Christmas were ordered on the 5th December as a present. They didn't arrive until the 10th of January with itemised prices attached to the outside of the box.

Only one item delivered, it was a gift. Only after contacting them was I informed the omitted item was not available. They were chocolates, could they not have been substituted with another? Was refunded quickly enough but I would have appreciated a heads up on what was sent. Why I was able to order in the first place? It was frustrating.

The earrings themselves are gorgeous and a great gift however they were shipped recklessly. I paid for the express 2 day FedEx shipping it and wasn't shipped out for over a week and a half which is understandable with the supply chain issues currently and holidays but they were shipped in the most reckless way. They put the earrings box in a thin plastic bag with absolutely no padding or protection. No tissue paper, bubble wrap or anything. It arrived completely smashed and the box broke into pieces. Fortunately, the earings inside survived but after such delays and paying not only for expensive jewelry on top of extra for premium shipping they would at least ship the gift with some respect. I had to gift it with the disclaimer to my significant other that the box was smashed but fortunately the gift inside was okay.

Was able to order online easily, however, never heard anything past my initial purchase. Over a week later, I had to call the actual store and see what the status was. I am aware things get busy around Christmas time, but I ordered the items around 7 Dec, and we live in Bray. Had I known it would take so long, I could have picked it up myself in person. The lady in store was nice and said I would get a call from customer service with an update (I didn't) and then 2 days after that I got an email that the item was shipped. Luckily it arrived one day before I was meant to leave on holiday, but honestly, was very poor overall communication. I'm convinced that, had I not called and pressured people to send the order that I paid for (only 14 km south mind you), I still would not have my items.

I received the order really quickly. Unfortunately the item was far too small so I need to arrange a return. This is turning out to be pretty impossible and is still yet to be sorted as communication is poor.

wrong item sent from order. asked for correct item to be sent but you again sent the wrong item??? Should have been a Guinness Toucan jigsaw but sent a metal plaque. Then sent a jigsaw but not Toucan. Just doubled up on a jigsaw (place mats) that we had with the original order. Not happy

Good products, but shipping said 3-4 working days and took over 2 weeks to arrive (no delay was mentioned upon placing my order), so arrived after they were needed and were non-refundable as they were personalized.

I'm stuck with my order, most oder arrived late. I had to purchase substitute presents since order arrived late. My friends complimented chocolate with whiskeys. Maybe August is the best month to place order for Christmas, making allowances for delay shipment. I cannot recommend, I don't want my friends blame me if order is delayed.

Ordered a Guinness glass with engraving. Emailed 7days later to tell me It was no longer in stock and could an alternative glass be given. I agreed and waited another 6 days for delivery. When it arrived, there was nothing engraved on it. Really disappointed as it was to be a gift for Christmas.
