“The Claddagh necklace was absolutely tiny (only suitable for a baby). The photo on the website had obviously been enlarged. I returned the item immediately. Twenty five days after it has been received by Carrolls (I have proof of delivery) I have still not received a refund. I have sent two emails and phoned twice but to no avail. I cannot reccomend this company and will be advising on social media that people should avoid doing business with this company due to their extremely poor customer service.”

“Mug bought to replace one my wife bought in Guiness Dublin. I mistakenly put it in the dishwasher, and she was rather upset. I sourced an exact replacement from yourselves, excellent service. My only gripe is that the postage cost more than the mug”
