“Not 100% satisfied, to begin my order came incorrectly twice, the people I dealt with did deal with it fast and were very helpful, but it was a Christmas gift that only arrived correctly a month after Christmas, I would have rather it just arrived correctly the first time. Also tonight, (31/01/2026), I have received 4 emails in the space of 4 minutes asking me to review, I don’t mind getting emails about promos or discounts or whatever, but 4 emails in 4 minutes is ridiculous. I appreciated the help from the customer service, but I would have appreciated a gift or a voucher or something to apologise for the multiple mistakes”

“As a customer from Canada and the glasses themselves are miraculously still in one piece I was quite concern when I saw the state of the main box. These are a gift and the Guinness boxes are destroyed.”
