I have already sent an email, but again this is my second time to order from Carrolls. It is the second time I have ordered two separate items in the one order. It is the second time that the two items arrived separately. Every time the items are perfect, but the gift is never complete when it first arrives which is frustrating for the sender and confusing / disappointing for the recipient.
