My first order was 2 gents hooded zipped cardigans. There were several loose threads in both cardigans but I let it go. My Son was travelling home abroad 2 days later so I fixed them up best I could, which I shouldn’t have had to do and sent them off with him. My next parcel which had several items were 2 items short most important were the gold plated shamrock earrings which changed on the site to rose gold. I phoned and explained what had happened and the agent assured me it would be sorted out. This was followed by email telling me I would receive them ASAP. They were for my daughter who is living in China, and I delayed sending her care package waiting on this delivery which took 2 weeks. What happened to express delivery. Anyway when I opened package no earrings. I am totally annoyed and upset. Not even a phone call. After sales service is appalling. I just hope my daughter receives her package now before Christmas less the earrings. I could just cry. I won’t be shopping with you again. Mary Finnegan
