Dear sir/madam,
I am very disappointed that i ordered and paid for two products only one of which was delivered. There was no reason or explanation as to why the second product had not been sent. I was also not reimbursed for this or given an explanation until i had to contact you which i find unacceptable
. I had purchased the gimmick irish passport which i wanted as a gift for a dear friend. I was subsequently reimbursed for the product, without any further gesture offered. I find it unsatisfactory i paid postage for 2 items and received one.
