Product arrived with a security tag on it. Even with one week's notice Carroll's subsequently failed to get a replacement to my daughter in time for her birthday. Meanwhile I was asked to provide a photograph of the item with its security tag. Communications were professional and businesslike rather than sympathetic. Poor service. And I was asked inappropriate questions on this survey ("rate the product")
