When I initially ordered my gift which was meant to be personalised, it came unpersonalised. When I rang up to see why they said it never came up on their system so I said it’s ok and they agreed to send out a new order ASAP because it was a birthday present. A week had passed and I still had not received anything. So I rang again and the person on the phone said the order was never processed and nothing was sent out. It was a disgrace. The girl on the phone said she’ll put my order through straight away and eventually, 2 days later I received my order. I didn’t mind that first time round there was just an error, but then when they said they’d sent out a new one for me, they just never even processed the order and if I didn’t ring, I would never have received what I ordered. A disgrace and not worth the money. Never ordering from Carroll’s again.
