It was a pity that my order didn't arrive in time for St. Patrick's Day. It was bunting to decorate our village Driving parade. I got a dispatch message from DHL saying that my package would arrive on Tuesday 16th and I made sure someone was in my house at all times to receive it, but it never came. It finally arrived on Wednesday (St. Patrick's Day) just as the parade was about to start. I have ordered things from the UK that have arrived much quicker. I know that this is more of a complaint against the courrier but I felt that you should know. It is also very frustrating that there was no telephone number to call from your website or from DHL - I would have happily collected it from their depot if I had been given that opportunity.
