Irish gifts were good, however, I felt that delivery and understanding of the customer was not so generous. I was given the option of standard delivery or Express. I took express the package was delivered until three days after Easter and was ordered 4 days previous to Easter. When I questioned this I was told it was the same fee for both. Really my concern was that I wished and paid for speedy delivery, as that was the choice I was given initially. The customer services individual told me if I was not happy that when the package arrived, I could send it back. This was still not an option, as the package was a gift, that I was not personally receiving, I was the purchaser. I felt dismissed.
