I ordered the Christmas Yuletide Cracker on November 26th and as yet (Dec 23) I have not received it. I had intended to give it as a gift but I now have to go to plan B and find a replacement gift. I know this is coming from Ireland but, given the time of year and factor in the inadequate Irish and US postal system, I would have thought orders either shipped with a different more efficient carrier or a system would be in place to handle the uptick in orders. On top of this - there are little to no updates on the tracking system.
