The gift I purchased was very nice. However, I ordered the gift on November 8th, the shipping was listed as 5-7 business days, and I need this by Thanksgiving. I was never notified of any delay and had to initiate all communication. The item wasn’t even shipped until December 4th. I did not receive it until December 14th. The delay ended up costing me an additional $40 in shipping because I had to mail it rather than give it to the recipient in person. There was no attempt by Carrolls Irish Gifts to make the situation right. Very disappointed in the customer service.
