I live in Australia and bought a nice gift for my mum who lives in the UK. She loved the gift, however, I was disappointed that Carrolls did not afford me the opportunity to add a personal card to her in the parcel to say it was from me with love. As such, I won't use Carrolls again but was happy with the gift and my mum's reaction.
