Ordered a Guinness glass with engraving. Emailed 7days later to tell me
It was no longer in stock and could an alternative glass be given. I agreed and waited another 6 days for delivery. When it arrived, there was nothing engraved on it. Really disappointed as it was to be a gift for Christmas.
