I ordered a gift for Christmas for my husband which according to Carrolls IrishGifts was shipped on 13th Dec. I paid extra for a high-speed service. I understand that there have been problems with fedex but it is now the 3rd Jan and I have no idea where my item is. Carrolls Irish Gifts must get compensation from Fedex but I have not been offered a refund for the extra I paid for the high speed service or offered the items at the Sale price which they are now currently at.
