Quality of goods ordered - 5 stars, Processing - 4 stars (4 days), communication with the company about shipping - 2 stars. The items ordered were of excellent quality, once they finally arrived. I feel that the company needs to be more transparent to overseas customers when presenting shipping options. I qualified for free shipping and was given the choice of "free", "2-3 day Express" or "Overnight". So I chose "free", not knowing that meant it was hand rowed across the Atlantic in a small boat, rather than jetted by DHL or FedEx. The goods are excellent, but plan on waiting a month for delivery if you want to use the "free" shipping to the USA.
