Service was great until I made a purchase after that I only got email and refund for one item out of stock over a week later when everything was posted. I didn't got a chance to buy another gift for one child for a Christmas because it was too late. No response on my email either. All gifts went to Poland and after they left Dublin no way of tracking the package. Still don't know where they are. Mixed feelings about this shop. There is a lot of competition out there.
