Ordered products for Christmas on the 12th December and they did not arrive in time. I emailed several times and got back the same stock excuse. I live in the north so it should’ve reached me within 5 working days.
They did eventually give a refund after numerous emails.
Would not recommend, one of the worst companies it have had the displeasure of using.
