Carroll's should not use postal service, i.e. DHL, for foreign address dispatch.
Preferably DPD, UPS or similar; despite eventual cost to customer.
The amount of time wasted, trying to collect my parcel over several days, was way beyond acceptable.
Still have to overcome the quite considerable annoyance suffered during delivery of first order.
